The things people usually ask before booking.
Every visit starts the same way: a two-bucket hand wash (separate rinse and wash buckets, so grit stays out of the mitt), wheel and tire cleaning, exterior glass, and a full interior vacuum and wipe-down. The Signature Full Detail builds on top of that with paint decontamination and a sealant — see the Plans page for the full breakdown.
It comes down to how each service holds up over time. The Signature Full Detail includes iron remover and clay bar decontamination — a process that pulls bonded contaminants (brake dust, rail dust, overspray) out of the paint. Those contaminants build up gradually over months, not weeks, so redoing that process monthly wouldn't add much benefit. The sealant applied at the end of that service also typically holds up for a couple of months on its own, so reapplying it sooner than that is mostly wasted product.
A Basic Wash doesn't involve any of that decontamination work — it's just soap, water, and a vacuum — so there's no downside to doing it more often, and most cars genuinely look better with monthly upkeep. That's the short version of why the two plans run on different schedules.
No. Quarterly members can book up to one Basic Wash per month in between full details — at the same discounted rate monthly members pay ($60 Sedan / $80 SUV-Truck), not the regular one-time price. The once-a-month cap just keeps it in line with what Monthly members already get.
A few are available on top of any package. Ask when you book and we'll add it to your quote.
